This is the largest plane in the world and is literally a palace that crosses the clouds

It is the largest plane in the world and comes with a private bathroom, a bar and a lounge that far exceeds the average lounge of any ordinary citizen.

Palace in the clouds

Do you hate flying? The plane food? The angst to put your feet? That the passenger in front of you reclines in such a way that his head looks like it will rest on your chest, at best, or on your plate of macaroni, at worst? Commercial Airlander 10 could make all these worries disappear at a stroke.

Conceived by Hybrid Air Vehicles, the Airlander 10 is partly an aircraft, partly a helicopter and partly an airplane. It is 302 feet long (92 meters), approximately 60 feet longer than the world’s largest passenger aircraft, the Airbus A380.

The Airlander 10 will organize three-day excursions, where up to 19 passengers can navigate the skies in style. Hybrid Air Vehicles has recently released photos of how the interior of the aircraft will look. You can see them splashing this text.

However, the Airlander 10 should not be considered a means of transport, but an aircraft that will offer experiences in the air. This is how its maximum speed will be 148 km / h, while an Airbus A380 is capable of reaching up to 1020 km/h.

In addition, its electric motors will replace two of the four combustion engines currently used by the Airlander 10, which is the first step for its total electrification.

In total, there are 10 rooms with a bathroom, a bar, and a living room. The transparent floor will give passengers views from all angles several thousand meters above the ground.

The Airlander 10 has to complete 200 hours free of incidents in the sky before it can carry commercial passengers. And although he recently completed six successful test flights, he crashed on his second test flight in 2016. And in 2017 he collapsed before takeoff after completing a successful test flight. It is what has the excessive luxury.

According to project manager Stephen McGlennan, “reducing the carbon footprint is one of the biggest challenges facing aviation today. Although the Airlander 10 already has incredible efficiency, we have to find ways to further reduce the impact we have on our environment. ”
